Not only do we raise family-friendly miniature cattle for most every application, Hidden Pond Ranch is a Certified Texas Beef Quality Producer! Our calves are bred, born and raised on native and improved pasture with plenty of free choice quality minerals, fresh water and an abundance of Texas sunshine. Around 5 months of age, we begin a 2-step weaning process which significantly reduces the stress of weaning and keeps the weight on those calves. While most of our calves are either sold after weaning or retained as replacement heifers, those who aren't sold enter our grass-finished beef program. Contact us anytime - we love talking cattle!
